Perspirology 101
Sweat Level:
"The Headliner Class"

This is a non-stop dance-based and musically driven class. 30 mins of dance aerobics and 30 mins of toning work.

WORKSHOP

This 45min-1 hour cardio class is designed to TEACH the studio dance cardio routines while getting a fantastic workout!

This class is designed for men and women who are capable of more rigorous and intense training sessions. The hour will be less "dance intensive" and more "strength and agility intensive."

A non-stop cardio component, this class is best for those who have been attending our 101 classes regularly and are familiar with the choreographed routines.
