Katy Fraggos
Head Trainer / Co-Owner
Katy served as Head Trainer/ East Coast Sr. Brand Ambassador for the Tracy Anderson Method studio in NYC for 7 years. During her time at TAM, she had the privilege of training many “A List” celebrities/artists, new trainers, and assisting to implement new programming into the studio.

Additionally, she is a professional dancer/performer who has such notable credits as: Feature Film “Across the Universe” (principal dancer), Live at Lincoln Center’s PBS production of “Camelot” (starring Gabriel Byrne, Christopher Lloyd, Fran Drescher and Marin Mazzie,) soloist for contemporary dance company (founded by Taye Diggs and Andrew Palermo), and numerous dance/musical theater credits throughout the world.

After Jason and Katy married, they decided to move to New Jersey to start a new venture, “Perspirology.” Katy wanted to bring her knowledge and new approach to dance-based fitness to others. It is with pure passion that she seeks to help her clients connect to their bodies to create lasting results in a fun and healthy environment! It is her fundamental belief that by teaching the body to move in new ways, we can train the body to move safely within its own capacity and ultimately change the body’s composition.
